Paragon WHS is a proudly South Australian owned and operated company set up to meet the Work Health and Safety training needs of South Australians in the workplace.

At Paragon WHS we believe you will retain more information about the courses you attend if they are both interesting and informative. We do not embrace a "Death by PowerPoint" method of learning. Your experience will be interactive and related to your industries. Our facilitators have over 50 years of experience in a wide range of industries and applications covering mining, construction, transport, manufacturing, sales, management, I.T., maintenance, shipping, disability, wine industry, retail and many other areas from both government and private sectors. They hold a minimum qualification of Diploma of WHS and Training and Assessment qualifications including current Learning, Literacy and Numeracy qualifications. Our head facilitator/consultant recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Safety Management at the University of South Australia. We are also members of the Safety Institute of Australia.

We also include the "Workplace Health and Wellbeing" HSR module in our courses. This is a new initiative from SafeWork SA and we encourage all HSR's to become involved. Please follow this link to find out more. This can be delivered as a one day course or may be embedded in the existing 1-3 day HSR courses. https://www.safework.sa.gov.au/show_page.jsp?id=113621

Our resources have been developed  through consultation with industry and professional resource developers such as smallPRINT and Catapult e-learning here in Adelaide.

We provide all training materials, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Be sure to bring something to write with and let us know if you have any mobility/disability related issues or special dietary requirements on your application form so we can cater to your needs.
