An asbestos register is a workplace safety management tool that records the location, type, condition and date of identification of all asbestos and asbestos containing materials at your workplace.
If you are a person with management or control of a workplace building, structure or plant built or installed before 2004, or in
Queensland built before 1990, you must ensure that an asbestos register is prepared and kept at the workplace.
