Australian workplaces are diverse. Many workers come from migrant and multicultural backgrounds and may have different communication needs and preferences. This information sheet provides guidance to PCBUs on tailoring communication to the information needs and abilities of workers, and ensuring all workers understand the hazards and risks in their workplace, to help PCBUs protect the health and safety of everyone in the workplace.
